By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App.
The App is a platform that allows users to explore potential cash advance or loan options offered by third-party financial partners. BEI money HK LLC does not provide loans or cash advances directly. All lending decisions, approval outcomes, loan terms, interest rates, fees, and contractual obligations are determined solely by the third-party lenders or financial providers.
Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state of residence)
- Be a lawful resident of the United States
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Use the App only for personal, lawful purposes
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.
Loan Terms, APR & Repayment
3.1 APR Range
Annual Percentage Rates ("APR") reflect the yearly cost of borrowing, including interest and applicable fees. Offers displayed through the App may vary up to 35% APR, depending on:
- Your credit profile and credit history
- The loan or cash-advance amount requested
- The selected repayment term
- Individual lender underwriting criteria
- Applicable state and federal laws
All applicable APRs, fees, and total repayment amounts are fully disclosed before you accept any offer.
3.2 Repayment Terms
Repayment schedules vary by lender and financial product. Typical repayment terms generally range from 3 to 24 months. Prior to acceptance, you will receive a clear repayment schedule that outlines:
- The total number of payments
- The amount of each payment
- The due dates for all payments
3.3 Payment Methods
Payments are generally processed through electronic transfers, such as Automated Clearing House ("ACH") debits from your designated bank account. Some lenders may offer alternative payment methods. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available to avoid late fees, returned-payment fees, or other penalties imposed by the lender.
3.4 Fees & Charges
Any applicable fees—including origination fees, late fees, returned-payment fees, or expedited-processing fees—are fully disclosed prior to acceptance of an offer. There are no hidden charges.
3.5 Early Payoff
Some lenders permit early repayment without penalties, which may reduce the total interest paid. Early payoff terms vary by lender and are governed by the individual loan agreement.
Account Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and to keep such information current while using the App. You may not:
- Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Share your account credentials with others
- Access or attempt to access another user's account
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activities
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of violating these Terms.
Electronic Communications
By using the App, you consent to receive electronic communications, including but not limited to:
- Email notifications
- SMS or text messages
- In-app alerts
- Digital agreements, notices, and disclosures
You agree that electronic communications have the same legal effect as written paper documents. Certain communications may be legally required and cannot be opted out of.
Data Accuracy & Authorization
By submitting information through the App, you authorize BEI money HK LLC to:
- Collect, store, and process your personal and financial information
- Share relevant information with participating lenders and authorized service providers
- Use third-party services to verify identity, income, employment, and bank account information
Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information may result in denied requests, account suspension, or other legal or administrative consequences.
Fees & Compensation
The App is free for users to access and use. BEI money HK LLC may receive referral, marketing, or placement compensation from third-party lenders if you are connected to a financial product through the App. Such compensation does not impact loan eligibility, interest rates, fees, or repayment obligations.
Permitted & Prohibited Use
You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract data
- Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Copying, reverse-engineering, or distributing any portion of the App
- Sending unsolicited communications or spam
Violations may result in account termination and potential legal action.
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability. BEI money HK LLC is not liable for service interruptions or feature modifications.
Intellectual Property
All content within the App—including text, graphics, logos, software, and data—is owned by BEI money HK LLC or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimers
The App and all related content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BEI money HK LLC makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all express or implied warranties—including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement—are disclaimed. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEI money HK LLC is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses
Total liability, if any, is limited to $100 per user. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BEI money HK LLC, including its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners, from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Violations of these Terms
- Breaches of applicable laws or third-party rights
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved through individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions and representative proceedings are not permitted. If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or harmful conduct. You may discontinue use at any time by uninstalling the App and, where applicable, closing your account. Provisions related to liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The Effective Date will be revised accordingly, and material changes may be communicated via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
